Featured guest artist for the season opening concert is Andy Classen, Professor of Trumpet and Jazz Studies at Drake University. He will be performing with all four groups of SOGO’s 125 young musicians, including works by Leroy Anderson, Oskar Böhme, Georg Philip Telemann and more! This concert will be presented in the recently renovated Washington Center.
