Hired in September 2018, Aron began his OlyFed career as Assistant Branch Manager at the Lacey branch. With his vast industry knowledge and years of business banking experience, Aron was promoted to Business Relationship Banker in September 2021.

Aron has received numerous internal accolades in recognition of his unwavering commitment to our core values. He consistently goes the extra mile for his colleagues, customers and community. In 2021, he was named OlyFed Employee of the Quarter. He was nominated by his peers for his dedication to supporting his team’s growth and development, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their goals.

He is similarly dedicated to the success of his customers. Aron’s expertise and local connections allow him to not only offer the best banking tools and account options, but also resources and networking opportunities that businesses can utilize.

Aron comes from a family of entrepreneurs having grown up on a farm raising livestock. He is expanding his own family soon as he and his wife are expecting their first child this October! In his free time (which he may not have much of soon), he’s a huge sports fan – he loves both hockey and football. A proud Seahawks season ticket holder, Aron and his wife are also avid gamers and attend ComiCon every year.
