Amity was selected by her peers for this honor due to her remarkable commitment to the organization’s values and her community engagement. Amity played a critical role during the Association’s core conversion process and continues to exhibit her ability to tackle any challenges that come her way. She has also contributed to the implementation of several essential policies and procedures that have optimized company operations and saved valuable resources.
Amity’s contributions to the Association extend beyond the workplace. She is actively involved in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) Committee and regularly participates in volunteer projects through OlyFed as well as on her own.
