Just recently, our customer care teams have reported receiving a number of concerned calls from customers reporting they have received unsolicited text messages telling them their Visa card has been blocked. Please know that OlyFed did not generate these messages and we advise you not to reply to the text message or call the number listed.
If you do receive a call from the OlyFed Fraud Center the only verifying information you will have to give is your Zip Code. Please know if you have received one of these phishing text messages, your account has not been compromised.
If you feel you have given any information that may have compromised your card, please contact us immediately to avoid fraudulent, unauthorized activities. As always, OlyFed will not ask for your personal information over the phone.
