Kamylle Sprenger joins us as a Customer Service Representative at our Yelm branch. Kamylle brings years of customer service experience from her jobs as an assistant innkeeper and substitute bus attendant with Yelm Community Schools. Her experience will help further OlyFed’s efforts to go the extra mile in serving our customers. Some fun facts about Kamylle are that she grew up in Southern California and is a certified IT professional! Emily Gutierrez, Tumwater Customer Service Representative
Emily Gutierrez joins the Tumwater branch team as a Customer Service Representative. Emily spent years wowing customers in the retail sector and we are so glad she has joined the OlyFed team. In her free time, Emily can either be found chasing her daughter around or surrounded by blankets with a good book in her hands. She is an avid reader and read over 100 books last year! Ray Tate joins the Hawks Prairie branch team as a Customer Service Representative. With recent training in banking, Ray also has a background in sales, bringing with him both knowledge of financial services and customer care. Alexis McNeil joins the Tumwater branch team as a Customer Service Representative. Alexis is a recent graduate of Whatcom Community College. Alexis brings with her valuable leadership and customer service skills from her time working as a student ambassador and her experience in the retail sector. Alexis has a love of volleyball and even played all through college. In her free time, she enjoys writing poems and short stories, painting and drawing. Ethen Vincent, Downtown Customer Service Representative
Ethen Vincent joins the Downtown branch as a Customer Service Representative. While he has a love of the trades and once thought he would become a welder, Ethen has always had a desire to work in the finance industry. We are excited to have him on the team! A fun fact about Ethen is that he is part Ecuadorian and developed a love of cooking by making amazing dishes with his dad. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, playing guitar and boxing. Eben Zekarias joins the Downtown branch team as a Universal Banker. Along with past customer service experience in the retail industry, Eben previously worked with The Vanguard Leadership Network. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a valuable skill set to the team! Eben has lived in Olympia most of his life and graduated from Capital High School and The Evergreen State College where he played basketball. Nicole Estrada, Westside Customer Service Representative
Nicole Estrada joins the West Olympia branch team as a Customer Service Representative. With a diverse work history in retail, healthcare and social work, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Nicole is originally from New Haven, CT, but currently lives in DuPont. Some of Nicole’s interests include singing, playing piano and thrift shopping. George Schuricht, Customer Care Center Associate
George Schuricht joins the Customer Care Center as a Customer Care Center Associate assisting OlyFed customers over the phone! George comes to OlyFed with prior banking experience which will help him be able to provide our callers with the best service possible. He is a self-proclaimed nerd who enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, gaming, writing, building models and painting miniatures.
