Our digital connections are more important than ever before, which is why we’re so pleased to share this exceptional new online and mobile banking experience.
This new tool makes managing your money and your life a lot easier. From bill pay and mobile check deposit features to a personal financial management tool that allows you to budget and manage all your money in one place, from one device; this new system provides you with state-of-the-art digital banking at your fingertips.
This new system is just one of the many ways OlyFed is investing in you, our customers, to ensure you and your family continue to thrive with a bright financial future. Below you’ll find details on how to log into the new system and begin accessing this comprehensive suite of resources to help you achieve your financial goals.

We have extended our phone and email support hours starting today (7/15) through Friday (7/17) and we are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to provide assistance. In addition, we will have staff answering phone calls and emails this Saturday (7/18) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. An extensive library of tutorial videos, a collection of helpful FAQs, and an interactive user’s guide are available for additional support.

Downloading Our New OlyFed Mobile App
Apple Devices
Ensure you have the latest version of our digital banking app by opening the App Store on your device and searching for OlyFed. If you have automatic updates turned on for your apps, you should receive the update automatically.
How to turn on auto-updates for iPhones
Android Devices
Users will need to delete their old OlyFed banking app and then visit the Google Play Store to download the new app by searching for OlyFed.
First Time Login Information
- When you log into the new system for the first time, use your current Login ID and password. When you do, you’ll be presented with a list of contact options. These options are used for the delivery of your Secure Access Code.
- Once you receive the code, enter it into the provided field.
- The next steps are to update your password, accept the user agreement, and select whether you’d like to register your device. Registering a device eliminates the need for a Secure Access Code for future logins from that device.
