We are proud to recognize Kim Combs, Administrative Marketing Associate, as this quarter’s Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award recipient. This award recognizes an OlyFedder who displays superior internal and external customer service each day and is OlyFed’s highest level of distinction for customer service.

Kim Combs, Marketing AssociateKim is an invaluable asset to OlyFed, and her dedication to going above and beyond for her colleagues, customers and community is truly inspiring. One of the many reasons Kim was nominated for this award is her unwavering commitment to helping others. She is always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s putting materials together for a job fair, ordering giveaways for events, or dropping off urgent supplies at a branch.

Kim’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication. She keeps the Marketing Department running smoothly even while she steps outside of her regular duties to assist other departments in need of additional support. Even more, Kim plays a vital role in working with our nonprofit and community partners.
