Kailee was hired in August of 2017 as a Universal Banker in Yelm and was promoted to a Universal Banker II in January 2021. Just a few short months later, she was promoted once again to Loan Officer in Yelm and just this past month, she was named Employee of the Quarter for her commitment to excellence when it comes to customer service and support.

In fact, Kailee has been honored on several occasions with awards recognizing her dedication to community service and her authentic care and compassion for her colleagues and the bank’s customers.

“She takes the time to get to know people personally and to make sure they leave with a smile.”

In her free time, Kailee enjoys spending time with her daughter, volunteering in the community, and traveling and visiting theme parks (especially Disney). Kailee also loves all things Harry Potter, hiking in the outdoors and anything to do with Ireland!
