Recognized as a leader within the Association, Ware has been acknowledged with several awards for her commitment to excellence in customer service and in supporting the needs of the local community. In fact, she is a board member with The Salvation Army of Olympia and regularly volunteers with a number of local nonprofit events and activities. Kristina has her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting and has 15 years of financial management experience working in the banking industry.

“I am excited to see Kristina elevated to this new role on our executive team as she brings with her a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to banking finance, operations, investments, and analysis.”

As part of this change in leadership, Larry Hueth, will transition from SVP/CFO to a new executive management role within the Association. Hueth, who has more than 35 years of banking and finance experience will provide senior-level insight and support to assist with OlyFed’s strategic growth initiatives and business planning efforts.

We’re excited for what the future holds with Kristina in her new role and with Larry’s guidance in many areas as we approach the next chapter in OlyFed’s 115 years of mutual banking.”
