Lindsey began her Olyfed career in July 2003 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey branch and was quickly promoted to Lead CSR at the Downtown branch less than a year later. In July 2005, Lindsey was promoted to Savings Counselor at the West Olympia branch before another promotion in July of 2006 to Operations Supervisor at the Hawks Prairie branch.
Due to her extensive knowledge, customer service and leadership skills, Lindsey was promoted in May of 2008 to Assistant Branch Manager at the Downtown branch and then to Branch Manager in July 2015. In November of 2021, Lindsey became an officer of the bank joining the leadership team as Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager III.
During her time at OlyFed, Lindsey has received many awards and recognition for her dedication to her professional development as well as her commitment to being a steward of the community.

Lindsey loves to travel, especially to tropical locations. This year, she will be traveling to Hawaii, New York and Las Vegas! She just celebrated her youngest daughter’s graduation, so she is soon to be an empty nester. However, she will be in good company with her two dogs, Penny and Chubby, who she arguably loves more than her family. A fun fact about Lindsey is that she has sisters who are twins, one of whom also works at OlyFed.
