Linda joined the OlyFed team in 2006 as Customer Service Representative in our Lacey branch and in 2007; she was promoted to Operations Assistant. In September of last year, Linda was promoted once again to Universal Operations Assistant and she has been recognized on a number of occasions for her incredible dedication to excellence in customer service. In fact, in 2019, Linda was honored with OlyFed’s most prestigious customer service recognition when she received the Kris Fischer Award for all of her extra efforts to care for the needs of her colleagues and our customers.

A fun fact about Linda is that she loves the number two because she has two middle names, two children and two grandchildren. Linda is a huge Disney fan and is fascinated by pirates. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and her adopted Saint Bernard.
