A quick study and incredibly smart, Michal was promoted to Senior Report Developer in 2015 and in 2021, she was promoted to Data Analytics Manager. In recognition of her extraordinary customer service efforts and thoughtful strategic analysis, Michal has been honored with several awards over the years. She has received recognition for her kind and caring support of both customers and colleagues and her constant pursuit of learning to ensure the Association is poised to make the best decisions for the future.

The first OlyFed employee to work remotely, Michal provided the work from home template the bank needed when the pandemic struck and many of the organization’s employees needed to work from home. Michal regularly provides great insight on best practices and she has helped the bank advance its operations in many different ways.
When she’s not at work, Michal enjoys spending time with her family camping, cheering on her children in their sports and activities and working on projects around her house.
