Michelle Eddy began her OlyFed career as a receptionist in October 2013 before being promoted to Loan Servicing Assistant in March 2014, where she managed the insurance desk. In November 2017, she transferred to Loan Servicing Assistant, where she helped coordinate inspections. A year later in December 2018, Michelle was named Construction Site Inspector until most recently, when she transitioned back to Loan Servicing Assistant in January 2023.
Michelle’s hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed, as she was named Employee of the Quarter in 2018. Her commitment to the company’s values has also earned her several internal awards in recognition of her authentic care for her colleagues and customers. Her dedication to these values is apparent in everything she does, whether it’s going out of her way to help a coworker or volunteering in the community. She’s known for her volunteerism, regularly helping at Catholic Community Housing Services, Drexel House and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
“Michelle is a caring and compassionate person, both in and out of the office,” Josh Deck, President & CEO said. “She is smart, reliable and fully committed to delivering her best in all that she does.”
Outside of work, Michelle has a wide variety of hobbies along with some fun interests and favorites. She just got a new motorcycle and is a huge Seahawks fan, even sporting a tattoo of a “12” in Seahawks colors. She has a refined palate, being particularly fond of ranch dressing and what she calls “sparittos,” spaghetti leftovers wrapped in a soft taco shell. Despite her competitive nature, she doesn’t like being the center of attention.
