DeAnn Conway, Universal Banker
As a Universal Banker, DeAnn is responsible for opening, processing and serving all types of savings and deposit accounts. With a wealth of banking experience, DeAnn is a native Washingtonian who enjoys spending time on her family farm, ridding ATV’s, gardening, canning and swimming in the river. In her free time, DeAnn coaches her two sons’ baseball teams with her husband.
Amanda Cruz, Loan Processor
Born and raised on the island of Guam, Amanda went from palm trees to evergreens when she and her family moved to Washington in 2014. Amanda brings with her a great deal of banking experience and is responsible for gathering, preparing and accurately processing required documentation for mortgage and consumer loans. In her free time, Amanda loves baking, riding ATV’s and soaking up the sun with her family.
Patricia Hayes, Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Yelm Highway Branch, Patricia is responsible for conducting teller transactions and providing customer service support when it comes to product and service questions. Patricia was born and raised in Germany, where she eventually met her husband who was stationed there. They have lived in Panama, Belgium, Ohio, Colorado and Washington. Patricia’s hobbies include skiing, hiking, reading, watching Hallmark movies and hanging out with friends.
Ashley Knauf, Accounting Assistant
A recent graduate of Washington State University, Ashley joins our Accounting Team where she is responsible for a variety of activities including managing and maintaining accounts and assets, accounts payable, and report preparation. Ashley joins OlyFed with experience as a member financial specialist and her hobbies include games, puzzles and paint by number masterpieces.
Ethan Melander, Universal Banker
A former Marine, Ethan recently graduated with a Master’s in Business and he brings with him prior banking experience to OlyFed. As a Universal Banker at our Lacey Branch, Ethan is responsible for opening, processing and serving all types of savings and deposit accounts. In his free time, Ethan enjoys sipping good coffee, reading, running and practicing Argentine Tango with his wife.
Glenda Smith, Commercial Loan Processor Closer
Glenda joins the OlyFed team as a Commercial Loan Processor Closer, where she is responsible for gathering, coordinating, preparing, reviewing and processing all types of business, SBA and commercial loans. Glenda moved to the Olympia area last year after living in the San Francisco Bay area for many years and she recently purchased her first home. She enjoys reading, crafting, cooking and watching sports.
Kimberly Smith, Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Belfair Branch, Kimberly is responsible for conducting teller transactions and providing customer service support when it comes to product and service questions. With years of experience with client care and support, Kimberly enjoys serving others, especially as a volunteer at a local veteran’s home. For fun Kimberly loves anything Disney, traveling and scrapbooking.
