Nicole joined OlyFed in 2016 as a Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Downtown Olympia branch.  She was promoted to Universal Banker in 2017 at the Lacey branch and later that same year she was transferred to the Yelm branch. In 2018, Nicole was promoted to Loan Officer and Assistant Branch Manager.

Nicole replaces Kayla Ferguson who was recently promoted to Loan Servicing Manager. Kayla was hired in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and was quickly promoted to Savings Counselor, then Loan Processor/Closer, and then Assistant Branch Manager at the Downtown Olympia branch. In 2018, Kayla was promoted to Branch Manager in Tumwater and held that position until her recent promotion earlier this year.
