In June 2016, Nicole Montoya was hired as the Lead Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Olympia Branch and less than a year later, she was promoted to Universal Banker in Lacey.
At the beginning of 2018, Nicole transferred to the Yelm Branch and was soon promoted again to Loan Officer and Assistant Branch Manager. Shortly thereafter Nicole was recognized with an award for her commitment to lifelong learning, which has been such a big part of her advancement and growth with OlyFed over the past five years.
At the beginning of 2021, Nicole was promoted to Tumwater Branch Manager and has done a great job leading her team to success in serving our customers and the surrounding community.
“Nicole is a wonderful person who cares deeply about taking care of our customers and community,” Lori Drummond, President & CEO said. “She strives towards excellence in all she does and is fully committed to her personal and professional development so that she can serve others better.”
Nicole’s example as a leader is why she is a part of the organization’s Better Fedder Committee, which is a culture crew, which is dedicated to enhancing the vision and mission of the organization.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her dog and her parents who are her next-door neighbors. A fun fact about Nicole is she used to live in the North Pole and she once took a water painting class with Yelm Branch Manager Jane Walker and discovered she is a really good painter.
Please join us in congratulating Nicole on her five-year anniversary with OlyFed!
