Hired in May 2003, Pauline began her career with OlyFed as a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the West Olympia branch and in July 2007, she became a full-time CSR before being promoted to Operations Assistant in December that same year.
In the 20 years since, Pauline has held several positions within the bank, from Branch Operations Supervisor to Loan Processor/Closer. Today Pauline serves as a Universal Banker at the Westside branch, where she is known for delivering amazing customer service.

Pauline has been honored with several accolades for her dedication to the bank’s values of always doing the right thing and commitment to her team, customers and community. She has an adventurous spirit having raced quads on flat tracks and even earning a few trophies for it! While she doesn’t race quads anymore, she does enjoy her track-ready sports car.
Pauline used to scuba dive and still loves to explore dark caves underground which made for one close call with a wild animal run-in on the top of a remote mountain in Montana. She has a great love of chocolate and is always moving, keeping busy with her family and pups.
