This week many of you received year-end tax statements with incorrect information. We sincerely apologize for these errors, and we have notified our technology partner about these issues, and they are working diligently to resolve and rectify them.

We have identified that all of our tax statements are showing an incorrect phone number for Olympia Federal Savings.  Additionally, we have identified that certain 1098 Mortgage Interest Statements and 1099R IRA Statements may contain some additional misinformation.

We recognize this is a time sensitive issue, as this information is needed to accurately complete and file your taxes. This is a high-priority issue and we’ve been reassured that new and accurate statements will be mailed out very soon.

In the meantime, rest assured that the records of your accounts in our system are correct and if you need your information more immediately, you can contact us and one of our trusted team members can assist you.
