- What’s worth paying for? First class seats to start your vacations comfortable and relaxed. I got spoiled one time and I have never looked back.
- Favorite places for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I love to support local businesses, so my favorite breakfast spot is Hash, lunch is Briggs Taphouse and for dinner, it’s a tossup between the Mayan or Anthony’s Hearthfire Grill.
- Whom do you admire most? My mom for sure. She’s such a great example of never letting anything stand in your way when you have a goal in mind. She always encourages me during my doubt days and I couldn’t ask for a better cheerleader. I give the credit for my work ethic to her, as I make sure I always give my best every day.
- What’s the most impressive dish you cook? It has become a tradition that on the 1st day of the year, my family gets together and we make homemade Chinese food together. We go all out with eggrolls, crab rangoons, sweet and sour pork and hot and sour soup.
- What are your hobbies? I have a few, but all I have to do every day is the New York Times Mini Crossword Puzzle. It challenges me some days and I’m always trying to beat my time.
